Our Toll Service Offices are there to help HGV Owners to:

  • learn more about the ETC System, get a printed guide and/or other useful information;
  • add themselves to the ETC Register;
  • add HGVs to the ETC Register;
  • change or amend the information in the ETC Register;
  • sign a contract with the ETC Operator for the free use of an On-Board Unit, get the OBU and guidance on its installation and use;
  • learn more about how the ETC is calculated and paid to the Federal Budget;
  • get account statements and details of past top-ups and debits, as well as other account-related information;
  • learn more about how advance payments for planned trips are calculated;
  • top-up their account;
  • claim back any payments that were not transferred to the Federal Budget;
  • get and/or cancel a Toll Ticket;
  • get their personal details from the ETC Register;
  • send an officially registered request to the ETC Operator and get information on its progress;
  • get any other information on the ETC System.
