Persons registered as sole traders must provide certified copies of:
a Sole Trader State Registration Certificate;
a Tax Registration Certificate;
a Unified State Registry of Sole Traders entry, no older than one month on the date when the OBU rental starts;
a valid Russian citizen’s internal ID;
a Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability at all Federal and local levels (no older than one month on the date when the OBU rental starts); as well as Certificates of No Liability issued by Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund, and Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (originals required);
an original power of attorney or a similar document (for authorised representatives of HGV Owners).
Russian private individuals who are not registered as sole traders must provide the following:
a certified copy of a valid Russian citizen’s internal ID (and must also show the original);
a Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability at all Federal and local levels, no older than one month on the date when the OBU rental starts (original required);
an original power of attorney or a similar document (for authorised representatives of HGV Owners).
Legal entities and companies must provide certified copies of:
Articles of association;
a State Registration Certificate;
a Tax Registration Certificate;
a Register of Companies entry (no older than one month on the date when the OBU rental starts);
a document naming the company’s CEO and authorising them to represent the company;
a Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability at all Federal and local levels (no older than one month on the date when the OBU rental starts); as well as Certificates of No Liability issued by Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund, and Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (originals required);
an original power of attorney or a similar document (for authorised representatives of HGV Owners).
