Foreign and non-Russian citizens, foreign legal entities
Private individuals must provide:
- a certified copy of a valid ID (and must also show the original);
- an original power of attorney or a similar document (for authorised representatives of HGV Owners).
Foreign legal entities must provide:
- a certified copy of Articles of association or of a similar document of incorporation;
- a copy of a Companies Register entry from the country of origin or a similar applicable document confirming the legal status of the foreign company;
- a certified copy of Registration Certificate of the foreign company;
- a certified copy of a Tax Registration Certificate issued in the country of origin, containing the Taxpayer Number or an equivalent unique taxpayer identifier;
- a certified copy of a Russian Tax Registration Certificate (if the entity is registered as a taxpayer in the Russian Federation);
- a certified copy of a Branch/Affiliate Charter (for the entities which have registered branches or affiliates in Russia);
- a certified copy of a document authorising the CEO to act on behalf of the company;
- an original power of attorney or a similar document (for authorised representatives of HGV Owners).
